I got a Windows Server Standard R2 2012 role as terminal service server.
Users are complaining not able to print after the remote session is idle for some time. No printer redirection is found after idle time.
User will need to logout then re-login again for print.
The server idle session limit is set to 30 minutes, but users having problem even session idle no more than 30 minutes.
Any idea for this issue?
