I have a RDP server running 2012r2 Standard. I have installed the RDP roles and added my licenses which show up in the licensing manager, but when I log in to the server, I get a message about it is in the grace period. When I go to licensing diagnoser it shows no licenses available.
It gives me 2 warnings: "The licensing mode for Remote Desktop Session Host server is not configured" and "The Remote Desktop Session Host server is within its grace period but the RD Session Host server has not been configured with any license server."
When I look at remote desktop services overview in server manager, I see that the server is set up as the RD Licensing server. When I go to tasks and edit deployment properties, RD licensing is set per user and the rdp license server is set to the server correctly.
Any idea what I did wrong here?
