We have built a test VM based on windows 2012 that have RD Web, RD Gateway, RD Session Host and RD Connection Broker services installed to deliver a few apps over the 443 port (external access). We have installed a public CA and all works perfect from the internal network and for some from external (Internet) access too.
The problem we have is that some (not all the users) windows 7 clients cannot load the app (from Internet/external access) after successfully login through the RD Web. When try to open the app they are getting in a login loop (we don’t mind the second login request for loading the app) and the app does not open.
We have searched on the net about what we can do and found nothing for our situation. Have asked the end user to install all windows 7 updates and RDP8.0 and still does not work.
From my PC (windows 7) I can log as them and load the apps very well from Internet. I had a look at my PC and do not have any specific settings as I have seen on many links on the net. I just do not understand why some windows 7 PC can connect from Internet and others cannot.
If any of you have any suggestions to the issue we have will be much appreciated.
