Was hoping someone can help me.
I want to give remote access (RDP) to a current existing user.
Our Domain controller is Server 2012.
Server I am trying to RDP to is Server 2003.
When I login remotely I get the error "Windows cannot locate the server copy of your roaming profile"
The user is part of the Remote Desktop Group on the Domain Controller (2012)
On Destination Server I have allowed remote access for this user
On Destination Server I have added user to administrators group.
It seems to be a permissions issue because if I add the user to Domain admins Group on Domain Controller – Everything works fine.
I’m wondering is this an issue since we recently moved to the new Domain Controller (2012) from previous Doman Controller (2003)
We don’t use roaming profiles or at least we didn’t use them on server 2003 Domain Controller.
Am I missing some setting now required on server 2012 ?
Any Ideas ?
