Hi ,

I am using Windows 10 Thinkpad In KVM and my base machine OS is Linux , Its my working organization laptop

Since 1 week start facing RDP issue to login to servers.

Error is when i try to connect servers ( Jumpbox servers)" There is no remote desktop client access license in this computer"

If i try to delete MSLicense key from Registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\MSLicense  and then restart system and If I try I getting RDP windows this time but I facing new error Called:"requested session access is denied"

When i try check in registry key MSlicense key generated or not after restart,, I found its not generated

I have also read one suggestion to rename the Machinekeys folder in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA . I tried this as well

but It did not helped me to resolve the issue.

I have also delete MSLicense key from HKLM\Software\Mircrosoft and re-generated with  administrator command "regsvr32 mstscax.dll">>MSlicense key generated but issue is not resolved and facing same error >>> requested session access denied

Note: I was able to use connect RDP since 1 week before  not sure what went wrong

and my user is working fine able to connect RDP in my colleague laptops

however I'm not able to connect RDP from my colleagues Users or my user in my Laptop only

Kindly suggest the resolution in my case

Thanks

Abhiram
