Hi I have an ubuntu 16.04 desktop which I can connect via remote desktop connection from a windows 10 prp machine when I input the internal IP of the machine.The ubuntu is running xrdp.When I try to connect over the internet with the Ubuntu's domain name I get:
"Your computer cannot to the remote computer because the remote desktop gateway server is temprarily unavailable.Try reconnecting later or contact your network adiministrator for assistance"
When I try t connect via microsoft remote desktop I can't connect either from internal ip either from the internet getting:
"Couldn't connect.Make sure the remote pc is turned on and connected to the network and has enabled remote access"
or "Couldn;t connect. Your session ended because therre was a protocol error.If this keeps happening ask your admin, or tech support for help"
Any suggestion?
