Hello we recently had a user go to a web page that is normally blocked for certain users via firewall rules (Palo Alto I think) and he was also blocked. The browser displayed a message saying the page is blocked fordomain/username. Well this was not the user who was going to the page but the user in the error message was one of the users logged into the Terminal server at the time. So I am thinking that when the request is sent from the Terminal Server
it seems like is is sending the request randomly from one of the users currently logged on to the server not the actual person going to the web page (I hope this makes sense). My question is has anyone seen a similar issue where a user who would normally be
able to get to a certain web page is blocked barbecue it appears to the firewall that the request is coming from one of the other users currently logged into the server that is supposed to be blocked by the firewall?
