does anybody similar experience with this weird RDS server issue?
I have pretty old Windows Server 2008 which is DC with RDS installed. Everything worked fine until last month.
One user started to report that when she tried to return to opened RDP session (minimized to bar) to server she saw just black empty screen and the only think she could do was to close RDP with X. I checked whole server, there is nothing in eventlog and I am unable to log off users session or close this session. The only thing I can do is to restart whole server. Today another user reported the same. Both assets have latest WIN 10 and both users are using the same settings like bank card connected to PC. Users have disk redirecting set up and that is all for RDP. The first user stoped reporting this so far.
I tried delete user's profile from the server, use another account just for RDP, swapped user's PC for new one, but nothing helped so far. I aslo changed ports on switch, cabels and so on. So remaining thing which are still the same are physical user and her way of work and the server.
Any advice will be appreciated.
