Saving files locally using RemoteApp

Hi guys,

A company uses RemoteApp to Open applications for their 7 remote users. They also have a mapped drive which is their sharepoint drive. When a user logs in to the remote app using their windows login they cannot access any folders on the mapped drive even they have permission. But they can access the folders if they use their local computer.

Question:

1.) Do you know what is wrong? and how to resolve it?

2.) Is there a way that they can save the files locally instead of saving it to the server?
