SCCM - Credentials prompt in user PC and then my screen goes black

Hi, when I use  SCCM to connect to a pc for a security reason when I do something in the Users PC and it asks for the admin password in my screen ( using remote ) it stays black. I understand why, but, my question is. How can I be able to Put the credentials remotly too ? Is there a way for the credentials prompt appear in my computer too?
