RDS licence problem

Hi,

Hi have 7 users who want to connect to my 2016 server with TSE simultaneously.

I have just configured Remote Desktop Session Host & Remote Desktop Licensingin workgroup.

There is trial licences :

But when I launch the RD Licensing Diagnoser, it doesn't works :
