We have an app using Microsoft access to print labels through terminal server 2008. The program requires the printer name to be set in the program before it will print. My problem is as each user logs in the printer name changes with the redirect port number. The other problem I have is each pc uses 2 identical USB printers to print two different label styles. Otherwise I could probably turn off easy print and have the app use default printer. I am trying to find a way to either hard set the printer session or turn off the redirect port number so I can set the printer name in the user profile. This seems to be somewhat common but I can’t find a resolution to using two printers.
