I'm having a strange issue with Remote desktop after a server is rebooted. I get an error:
Terminal Server listener stack was down. The relevant status code Error: 0xd00000a3.
If I restart the Terminal Services services then it works fine. I have been researching this problem and have not been able to determine the root cause. The servers are DELL systems with Broadcom network cards which are known to have issues but making the
TCP offload changes makes no difference and RDP always works after the service is restarted.
