log off black screen

Hi Guys,

we have a RDS server 2012 R2 that one of our customers having a problem when loging off. users of this customer can loging without any problem  but when theylog off they get an black screen and the only thing they can do is clsoing the session.

I did check the RDS server when user get the black screen and can not see any active process for that user and also security logs shows that user has logged off.

I cannot re produce this issue from my side but at the customer side all of the users have this issue.
